The first thing to do when you suspect a deposit may not have been credited appropriately is double-check the account activity page for your financial instrument. If the deposit is still listed as “pending” or isn’t visible, the money may not have left your account after all. We suggest waiting until the deposit is confirmed as having gone through prior to additional troubleshooting steps.
