Yes.
If a player deposits or increases their cash balance to at least $10 later in
the day and then meets all requirements:
They will receive the spin on their next login
that same calendar day (ET).
Example:
10 AM login → balance below $10 → no spin
3 PM deposit → balance now $10+
Next login → spin granted for today
